The automated check-in process was confusing and frustrating. I had to deal with sending photos of my ID and a selfie, which added unnecessary stress to my arrival. the absence of a front desk made it difficult to resolve issues, and I felt anxious not knowing how to reach someone in an emergency. The noise from the outside was extremely disruptive, especially at night, making restful sleep almost impossible.

the kensington rooms were great! our double room was clean, comfortable, and had all the facilities we needed like a fridge and microwave. it was just a few minutes from the tube, making it super easy to explore. breakfast options were also fantastic, with plenty of choices available nearby.
