Clean room with a well-appointed kitchenette.
The automated check-in process was confusing and frustrating. I had to deal with sending photos of my ID and a selfie, which added unnecessary stress to my arrival. the absence of a front desk made it difficult to resolve issues, and I felt anxious not knowing how to reach someone in an emergency. The noise from the outside was extremely disruptive, especially at night, making restful sleep almost impossible.

the kensington rooms were great! our double room was clean, comfortable, and had all the facilities we needed like a fridge and microwave. it was just a few minutes from the tube, making it super easy to explore. breakfast options were also fantastic, with plenty of choices available nearby.

Perfect for solo travelers needing a quick stop. The compact double room suits a one-night stay just right, giving you the basics without unnecessary fluff.
Family rooms can end up at ground level with a view of garbage, which isn’t appealing. Check-in involved a cumbersome electronic process that landed me outside in the rain for 20 minutes. Rooms showed signs of neglect—dirt and grime were present, with issues like a leaky shower and unpleasant bathroom odors.

Enjoyed a clean room equipped with a mini fridge and kettle, perfect for quick snacks. The shower pressure was excellent, making it comfortable to refresh after a long day. Communication via WhatsApp was responsive when I requested new towels. check-in was confusing. I had to send a photo of my ID and a selfie, which wasn’t clear initially. room temperature was a problem. it felt uncomfortably hot even with the window open. The noise from the busy road outside kept me awake at night, particularly disruptive on the higher floors. Wish there were better insulation or noise-canceling features.

Perfect for solo travelers looking for a unique stay
The self-check-in was a bit different, but once I figured out the web browser for doors, it was liberating! Had a fridge, microwave and even some free popcorn waiting. little touches like that made a big difference!
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but for what you get, it’s fair enough.

The location is splendid, just a short walk from the Earl's Court tube station, making it super convenient for exploring. The room was clean and tidy, aligning with the pictures shown online, and the mini kitchenette was a fantastic feature for preparing my meals.
The room temperature was challenging to control, particularly during the hot summer days.

Had a lovely time with a clean room that had a fridge and kettle, which made things easy for quick snacks and drinks. I also enjoyed the gym and a nearby restaurant with tons of breakfast options. Just a heads up, the automated check-in took longer than expected, but it didn't ruin my experience. 😊

The kitchenette was a standout feature, nicely stocked with utensils and dishes for two, making it easy to prepare some meals. A great water pressure in the shower provided a refreshing experience, complemented by quality toiletries. On the downside, the automated check-in process was somewhat confusing, involving photo submissions that detracted from a smooth arrival. Street noise was also an issue, particularly during the night, disrupting sleep at times.

Just a great fit for a weekend getaway in London with excellent value for money. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper, as street noise can be constant.
